La Biblioteca Anacaona celebra la primera
Fiesta del Niño, una fiesta para los niños y
sus padres con animaciones toda la tarde.

Necesitamos DONACIONES DE ROPA,
LIBROS Y JUGUETES para ofrecer a los
niños el día del evento.  A los padres, niños y
niñas que deseen regalar ropa, juguetes y
libros en buen estado, tráiganlos a la
Biblioteca Anacaona de lunes a viernes de
10 a 12 del mediodía antes del 10 de
diciembre, y así ayudarán a hacer felices a
muchos niños!

Artesanía y Manualidades, dentro de las
festividades de la Fiesta del Niño, el viernes
12 de diciembre de 3:00 a 7:30 PM. Si le
interesa participar RESERVE su mesa con
tiempo. Cobramos 200 pesos por mesa
más 10% de la venta a beneficio de la

enfants et leurs parents avec des animations
toute l'après-midi.

Pour pouvoir offrir aux enfants leur jour de
fête, nous avons besoin de vos dons,
notamment de jouets, de vêtements et de
livres. Nous invitons les parents et enfants
qui souhaitent participer à se présenter à la
Bibliothèque Anacaona munis de leur(s) don
(s) du lundi au vendredi, de 10h00 à midi,
pour le plus grand bonheur de tous les
enfants !

La Bibliothèque Anacaona organise une vente
d’artisanat le vendredi 12 décembre de 15h00
à 19h30, dans le cadre de la Fête de l’Enfant.
Si vous souhaitez participer, merci de
réserver votre stand à la bibliothèque du
lundi au vendredi, de 10h00 à midi.
Nous demandons 200 pesos par stand plus
10 % des bénéfices, qui seront reversés à la
gestion de la Bibliothèque. Pour de plus

The Anacaona Community Library plans its
first Fiesta del Niño, a fun activity for children
and their parents with events throughout the
afternoon.

We need DONATIONS OF CLOTHING, BOOKS
AND TOYS to be given to children at the event.  
Parents and children who wish to make
donations must bring them to the library,
monday thru friday, 10-12 am, before
December 10th.  In that way many children will
have a happy event.

Ana Pérez Bachelier (creadora y coordinadora del evento), Olga, Elena, Jack, Carolyn, Alma, Monique, Natalie, Victoria,

especiales a Catherine, Emmanuel y actores del Atelier Presencia por su show de fuego y malaberismo. Muchísimas
gracias a los padres y a las madres, a los amigos y las amigas, los niños y las niñas que donaron ropas y juguetes.
El evento contó con la presencia de unas 150 personas y más de 120 niños y niñas recibieron juguetes y diversos presentes.
Gracias a Adaee (US$30), Nellie (US$20) y Mercedes (60 Euros) por sus donaciones financieras.
Gracias especiales al Diputado Lic. José Acevedo por sus regalos de juguetes.

Ana Pérez-Bachelier, who came up with the idea and coordinated the event, Olga, Elena, Jack, Carolyn, Alma, Monique,
Natalie, Victoria, Ben, Jamie, Christian, Rafi, Yuridia, Paul, Cheryl and Violet, and to many others that help in the
organization of the event.  Special thanks to Catherine, Emmanuel and players in Atelier Presencia for their fire juggling
show.  Many, many thanks to parents, friends and children who donated clothes and toys.  The event was attended by
approximately 150 people and more than 120 children received toys and other articles.  Thanks to Adaee from Canada
(US$30), Nellie from the U.S. (US$20) and Mercedes from Spain (60 euros) for their financial contributions to cover
refreshments and program expenses.  Special thanks to Provincial Representative José Acevedo, for the toys he provided.
